Strawberry
Strawberries are juicy, aromatic berries that can be enjoyed fresh or used in baked goods, desserts, drinks, sauces, and preserves. They pair especially well with cream, cottage cheese, chocolate, and other berries, but their delicate texture means they can quickly soften and release juice. Different levels of ripeness work better for different dishes: soft, ripe strawberries are ideal for purées and sauces, while firmer berries hold their shape better in salads, desserts, and baked goods.

Tarragon
Tarragon is an aromatic herb with a fresh flavor and distinctive anise-like notes. It can be used fresh or dried and pairs well with poultry, fish, eggs, and vegetables. Tarragon is also commonly used in sauces, dressings, marinades, and drinks. Tarragon has a fairly pronounced flavor, so it is best to start with a small amount, especially if you are using it for the first time. Fresh tarragon is at its most aromatic when it is not exposed to prolonged heat.

Chicken
Chicken is a versatile ingredient that works well in soups, salads, roasted dishes, stir-fries, and stews. Different cuts vary in fat content and texture: chicken breast cooks quickly, thighs and drumsticks tend to stay juicier, while a whole chicken is ideal for roasting and making broth.

Potato
Potatoes are a versatile ingredient that can be boiled, fried, roasted, or stewed. Different types of potatoes work better for different dishes: some hold their shape well, while others become soft and fluffy, making them ideal for creamy mashed potatoes or a crispy finish.
